Portland

I recently traveled to Portland, OR for a business trip and was surprised how beautiful the city was. Maybe it's because I'm used to the flat lands of Texas but Portland was anything but flat and boring. Being that it rains most of the year, the city was very green and the air was very fresh. Everyone was out riding their bikes, running, swimming, or rowing. The city was very active and really motivated you to explore and enjoy the outdoors. I brought my pocket camera and really didn't expect to get decent shots being I was short on time and was using our small Powershot.
